Hidden Charges From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 3 responses   The rent's not bad. But once or twice a year the Mgmt demands a chunk of change for the "Sayreville Boro Property Tax Assessment". Only you aren't writing that check to Sayreville. It goes directly to Skytop! A couple of tenants called the town and were told the charge is bogus. Property tax on rentals are supposed to be figured in the rent! That doesn't stop it from happening though and for getting harrassed if you don't pay.
