Ive lived in skytop for three years now, and ive never had a problem, the maintaince guys go above and beyond if you have a problem. Once last year when the power was out all over the area, the air conditioner they provided burnt out, they where here the next day on monday morning with a brand new air conditioner free of charge. Where are you gonna get service like that

you pay for the air conditioner. It's included in the rent. They won't do that for you if your a/c in the bedroom (you bought) goes out.
