Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
we have been in this place for 5 years. Haven't had a problem with any of the neighbours or the people working for the apt. Maintenace is not very prompt. We found it is better if we leave the keys with the maintenance office then the work gets done the same day. I have been walking out late at nights without any problem and have also left my car unlocked many times

The laundry rooms suck. Luckily there is a laundromat very close by.

Have to be very careful while driving as there are kids playing on the street.
