DON"T MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!! From: goldenchild99 Date posted: 7/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004 4 responses We have lived here for more than I care to admit but long enough to see this complex deteroriate. We live in the newer section. The quality of renters they have let in borders riff/raft. That may seem harsh but some people in the complex live like they never lived in an apartment before. They throw trash on the ground instead of the trash bin so the cats and other rodent animals tear the bags open and garbage is spewed all over the ground. The teenagers/ young people congregate in front of people's homes that they do not live in late at night. One of my neighbors actually had to call the cops on some kids who were selling drugs in front of their building. When they told , mgmt's response was, "Do you know where they live'" Yeah like they were going to track these people down. The guys who ride around in the security trucks are useless. If they see something going on they just drive by. Mgmt harasses people about having things on their terrace. Another neighbor told me they have a small barbeque grill on their terrace that they take to the beach on weekends. They don't barbeque on the terrace or out front like some other tenants do. They actually got a notice to move the grill from mgmt and later in the week mgmt called the fire dept on them to remove the grill. Meanwhile DONNA'S BROTHER, IN-LAW WHO LIVES IN THE OLDER SECTION and probably has been here since the complex was erected, barbeques almost every weekend in front of his house on Winding Wood Drive a block from the rental office and nothing is said to him. The guys in the security trucks ride by him and don't say anything. He even goes and gets the recycable bins from the dumpster area and rolls it in front of his apt to dispose all of his trash from the barbeques. Mgmt are hyprocites and the owner only cares about money. Couple of nights ago driving down Winding Wood I see the police have a couple of young punk thugs face down on the ground and looking in the bushes, searching for I can only image. There have been shootings in this complex, break-ins, etc. Another neighbor had a gun pointed in her face at 6pm when it was light outside going to the mailbox!! There are other comparable places to move. Do your homework and check out what goes on after dark before moving anywhere. Can't wait to move which will hopefully be soon!

RUN the place and its workers are bigger trash then the robbing, drug dealing, gang shooting thugs

listen, Before you post something on this or any website you better get YOUR facts straight.The person that you say barbeques every weekend and uses the complex trash can for the garbage is not Donna's brother in law. It sounds like your the TRASH that has a problem with winding woods. I've been here for a couple of years and never had a problem. So it sounds like YOU need to SHUTUP and stop trashing people and WindingWoods. Do everybody a favor and just MOVEOUT.

No problem, apology accepted and I apologize if I blasted you incorrectly. Bottom line to what I am saying is that things are not correct here and mgmt harrasses people for things that are not important when other more severe things go on in this complex and complaining is futile because they don't listen. I wish you well because we're moving out to better pastures!
