Poor maintenance. Rude rental office/maintenance staff. Never remove snow from walkways. The only thing they are efficient is sending you a notice if they find your stuff outside (they are discriminatory too. will always target indian community). There is a rumor that the management was bribed by cablevision and had forcefully removed dish antenna from the first floor apartment. I will not recommend to anyone. I am also moving out as soon as my lease expires. Those apartments are full of bedbugs. Please nobody rent 127-8A. It has bedbugs for over a year. There exterminators are not professional enough to get rid of the bugs.

he is right , i m a resident too in winding wood , maitenance is worst here , dont know how to talk. they r not civilised.it is s worst place to stay. i m trying to move asap. my car was about to b stolen because of them. lights behind my apt was not working robbers tried to steel it as it was in dark. it happenend twice. managment is unreachable

For the good people in Winding Wood Apartments be prepared for 3000.00 more residence.. YES 3000.00 WE have to get the frig out of here!!! Since the Basket Ball courts have been put in THANKS TO DUMB A.S.S Winding Woods it was the most idiotic thing they can do "" I KNEW IT" it just trouble. NOW add 300.00 more people in the mix it Equals LET'S GET THE F--K OUT OF HERE!!! DID YOU SEE THE TENNIS COURTS IT's FILLED WITH ROCKS THAT THE KIDS THROW IN.. I HAVE COUNTED "60" KIDS AT THE BASKETBALL COURTS YOU KNOW MOST OF THEM ARE SCUM!!!! THANKS WINDING WOOD FOR CLEANING UP THE MIDDLE ENTRANCE INTO THIS DUMP! UNTIL YOU ENTER DEEPER IT'S A FRIGGEN TOILET.. OHHH ANOTHER THING !! I CALLED TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED WHICH I'M NOT GOING TO SAY BUT IT IS A MAJOR CALL, IT HAS BEEN 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!

This place is the worst someone could ever move in too,what a MISTAKE ! It's basically a Slam, not to mention the amount of crime that has happened there in the past and still on now days. However nothing is worse than the maintenace people and even the people at the Main Office they treat you like you're retarded, and are absolutely careless about what you think, need, complain. And what about Barbara? She is a miserable person, she is just mean, bad, rude, unprofessional, you name it ... someone with no sort of ability to deal with tenants or people in general ... but they insist on keeping her because this is exactly the treatment they want their tenants to get,therefore she is perfect for Winding Wood. Over 1 year ago I was harrased by the old man that closes the laundry facilities. It was 9pm , he stopped by to close the door and I was still there , I politely asked him to lock it so I would close it when I was done, he didnt respond he just yelled : " If you don't take you stuff out of there right now, I'll just lock you inside here , this are yor two opitions", can you believe this ?! I wanted to call the cops and fill out a report, I sent a letter complainning about this bastard to the main office and guess what ? The bastard is still there doing the same ... They treat you like you are a piece of crap just because the place is INDEED a piece of crap.
