Donna gone, maybe things will get better Having someone playing favorites with tenants is the worst thing that could possibly happen in a complex this size.
The power given to one person for so long shows they lack the intelligence to run a complex.

We pay property taxes here along with rent it would have been nice to have been told we have to pay their property taxes here. Rent is rent and everything included in the rent is listed on the lease. It is not listed that we must pay the property taxes. No one seems to complain. I say don't pay

home sweet home I've been living here for a few months and I can confidently say that I like it a lot. It would be love if we had washers and dryers in our individual units, but for the rent, you can't beat it. I live in the newest section and the apartment itself is in excellent

leavingsoon Owner of Winding Wood should really ask for tenant feed back and CHANGE THEIR STAFF BIG TIME. Staff is rude? Rude is still a better word...for them. They need some kind of lesson for how to talk and how to deal with clients.

Building 27 I been a resident at winding woods apartment for the last 6 to 7 years. I personally like alot of things there. It all depends on how you want things done. If you want a quick paced envoirment, then this is not for you. If your lazy and such, then yes..

Only reason to live here is rent Very bad treatment by the officials, as if all weer just to pay the rent and not live in the apartment. New now is not DISH connection, because they are getting commission from Cablevision. The lady in the maintenance office treats non-whites as if here
