HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!
The worst mistake you would ever do is living in country club in scotch plains. I was fooled by the size of the room and the relatively cheap rent. I have been living in a one bed room apartment for 3 months now and I am trying to find a way to break my lease and get the hell out.
Cockroches every where, loud train that passes by every 10 minutes, this break in the apartment (like bathroom, shower etc) twice a month, and maintenance refuses to change them. You're better off sleeping with your windows closed than attempting to turn on the useless Air conditioning. This place is falling appart.. 100 years old!
finally, MANAGEMENT SUX BIG TIME. You will feel it from day one. Once they have your money, Good Luck getting anything done! They treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you rent from them !

I'm so glad I read the reviews. A real estate broker took me to see this place and I loved the new renovated kitchen and big space. However, the bug thing is scaring me and everyone seems to be complaining so it is not an isolated incident. Do you only hear the trainin certain parts of the development or can you hear it no matter where you are?
