My husband & I have been here for over a year & we have no complaints. When you call maintenance the responce is immediate. We have only called on them 3 times, for door locks to be change, A/C issue & for the outdoor light to be replaced. All 3 times someone was at our place within 20 minutes... no exaggeration! The office is always friendly.. keep in mind people treat you how you treat them.... I have no complaints... super quiet & clean.. would recommend to anyone.

You obviously aren't next to the train... quiet??? I don't think so, not when a freight train comes barreling through at 60 miles and hour and then screeches to a halt. And the type of people that live there has completely changed - I don't feel it is safe as it used to be. Especially when teenagers are hanging out in the middle of the street all hours of the day and night. I am glad to say that this is my last year in country club village...

The place is a dump. Roaches and HUGE centipedes roam all over the apts, the grounds are poorly-kept, the people are rude and only want your rent check. Oh, and the tenants are VERY shady. Lock your doors and windows.
