Nothing great...

We've been here for 6 months and have several complaints.. Maintenance is never taken care of. The office is rarely able to answer questions or address issues. Second floor apartments are not required to have carpeting, which makes living on the first floor very noisy!
The updated kitchens are nice, if you want 1970's stoves and refrigerators. The only terrific aspect is the renovated bathrooms. Obviously done cheaply, but they look terrific.
Parking: Both of our cars have been hit on the street parking (no garages ever available).
When it snows, they do not ice or plow until the next day (if you're lucky)
FInally, when we moved in, we were excited to have a pool in the summer. We were then told, the pool was shut down, but we woould be getting a fitness center instead. This was 6 months ago and still no fitness center. They keep pushing the date back further and further. Completely unprofessional!
