Fox Ridge Apartments

Nope, run little renter, run! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   You don't want to live here, unless you plan not to stay very long. This is a 247 unit apt. and each one is different. You will be shown an apt. that differs very much from the one you are renting. The whole complex has one Maint. man, and all he does is ride around his noisy truck all day. Nothing gets fixed and if it does, he has to come back more than once to fix it. In the winter, you freeze. Apparently there is one boiler for 4 units. It shuts down or off a lot. In the summer, you roast. You really have no control over your thermostat. Good luck with that. If you do have a problem in your apt. you are treated like it's your fault. You are treated with disrepect and annoyance. The walls are thin. Be prepared to hear everything. I mean, EVERYTHING. They never remind you of the courtesies, like, if it's time to get your apt. repainted, but boy, when rent goes up, (for no improvements,) boy, do they let you know. So, run little renter run. This is not a good place to live.
