FINE TO ME - I've lived in FoxRidge for going on two years now... When new management took over things improved significantly. HONEST TRUTH I lived in Fox Ridge for over 6 years. It was great when owned by Westminster but once Morgan Properties took over..everything changed for the worse. I spent months with tile falling in the shower..never fixed.. just covered up. Bugs,noise, leaks in sinks. No one cared. It was

rent one room and live ten people place for illegle people. rent one person live four to five person, every month new
people come. stay wake up till 3-4 till morning. every now and then party. people live in that apartment are illegle, manager knows. they care about only rent thats all.

Don't live here Lived here for awhile. Looking to move now because what was once tolerable is not!! If something is broken in your apt,good luck getting it fixed. Didn't have heat properly for 3 years,- very hot here in winter and very cold in summer......Neighbors are crazy.

Hot Water always out Our hot water is constantly ice cold! We had no hot water last weekend. No one responds to the emergency beeper when it was called. Also the power goes out for hours on end if the wind blows or there is a storm.
