I have lived at the Atlantis Apartments for 4 years. I asked the manager of the complex if I could relocate to another apartment that was recently redone for a tenant that could not move in. Ms.Griebs said ok. One week later after the apartment had been reinspected and a new certificate of occupancy issued by the City of somers point i moved in. Not only did Ms. Griebs have her on site men help me and my family
move our belongings she also had the one site super,be available all weekend as my
children went out of town. I am now enjoying my new apartment and urge anyone looking for a place to live just up the street from the water and Ocean City by the atlantic do not hesitate. I am real excited because they just gave me two brand new air coonditioners so my allergies and asma are more under control.
