no bugs yet

maintenance sucks-oven has not worked since I moved in (part is on backorder)Stovetop does

Outside noise level high-but if you lived in the City(NY) it wont phase you to much.

Mgmt okay

Inside Unit- Water noise from pipes takes getting use to as does ceiling squeak (upstairs tenant)

Met some neighbors appear to be friendly

And everyone should clean there carpet when leaving.
