Moved in two months ago,the agents in the office were helpful, professional and all around very good. I am in a two bedroom which is very large and the rent is only $895 So far my neighbors are ok and I have no issues. They just opened new laundry rooms and they are clean and open late which works for me. I had a problem with my tub, after a phone call they were there with-in an hour,very good service,polite guy.
I already recomended these apartments to my friends of which one moved in a one bed room and they love it here too. The location is a plus, shopping is across the street. If you are looking for a new place to live Carriage house in Somers Point is worth a look, you will not be disapointed.
