convenient location but horrible management, high rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This complex is in a great location, near shopping, 10 min drive to the beach, etc. And the apts are a good size, with a balcony or patio. However, the management is horrible. They will enter your apt when you're not home and without notice, threaten and intimidate you, and you will never get any repairs unless you tell them you will report them to the city or state inspectors. The rent raises are over $100 per year, and the management will yell at you if they don't ignore you. There are no amenities -- no pool, no playground, etc.
