Compared to similar properties in the area Sea Aire has given me a real bang for my buck! Rent is reasonable, Management is competent and personable! Maintenance is done quickly. Professionally landscaped, and riff-raff is dealt with quickly! Living at Sea Aire is money well spent!

I lived at the Sea-Aire apts.oct 2005 to oct 2007 in the two years i was there there were 5 property managers,one who yelled at me in the leasing office in front of other residents bacause i asked if someone could look at the rain that poured in my bedroom window when we had a bad storm,i made the mistake of letting maintenance in my apt while i was at work to repair things, things of mine were missing when reported to the manager and the corporate office i was asked do you have renters insurance i said yes they said i suggest you use it,i live above a laundry room the door was never locked and my rugs in my apt were always warm because they did not have proper venilation in there,the apartments were inspected by the state mine failed ,due to the floors under the $7.99 per sq yard brown carpet were ready to cave in, icame home from work to find a note on my door, furniture moved in my apt,and the rug cut up in the places where the damage was , the next morning i was wakened by the maint staff they cut out the bad sections of plywood and replaced it with scraps they had around the work took a couple days and i was left with all the dirt to live with as well as clean up after everything was done.in writing letters to the co who owns the complex they are from cherry hill they would not respond or if they did it was with a rude letter basically telling you TAKE CARE NOW,OH AND THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER YOU COULD MAKE A CUP OF TEA WITH MY SKIN WAS BURNED A COUPLE TIMES, AND THE TUB HAD RUST IN IT AND MOLD WHEN I MOVED IN AND I HAD TO CLEAN MY APT BEFORE I UNPACKED ANYTHING,I WOULD CONSIDER THE FRIEDMAN REALITY GROUP SLUMLORDS,I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH BY THEM AND TWO OF THE 5 MANAGERS ,ON THE GOOD SIDE THE SPACE WAS AGOOD SIZE BUT RENT WAS HIGH AND EVERYTHING WAS FROM 1974, IT WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ALL, I AM GLAD TO BE OUT OF THERE

Couple of things, don't let anyone in while you're at work. Try turning on the cold water to avoid burning yourself, why wouldn't you tell them that it's not clean when you moved in (sounds like your problem)? And that is what renters iunsurance is for, you should have filed a police report with pictures of everything you owned that was missing. Keep copies of all of your letters and in due time with no response it can warrant a strong case in small claims court, I've dealt with these people before on one negative occasion and when presented with all of the facts and hard evidence they were more than happy to accomodate me. It is an apartment complex with hundreds of residents and a company that manages untold numbers of people, I'm not saying you didn't do your best you just have to be careful with them but they will help you and do their best to rectify problems. Hope it helps, know your rights and do not be afraid to cause a ruckus to get what you want.
