I moved in about 5 months ago. I haven't had any major problems. Any maintenance requests have been quickly responded to. I do however wish they would maintain the laundy rooms better. They are pretty nasty. I would happily give up the storage closet under the stairs for a washer/dryer hookup.
Overall, I am pretty happy here. The apts are very good size and decently priced. I recommend especially if you have dogs.
