I have lived here for 7 years & absolutely would reccommend it to anyone looking for a huge apartment at a decent price.
I have read the other reviews & seem to think that some tenants need to buy their own houses. Apartment living is what it is.
While the apartments are huge, they do have outdated bathrooms & kitchens, circa 1980, but they are very well maintained.
Parking can be a problem at times, but again, part of apartment living.
The Staff are well mannered & very helpful. Service calls are usually addressed the same day. The Manager always seems friendly to me, helpful, concerned about any issues I might have. Overall, I would give the Staff 4 1/2 stars.
While it would be great to have a washer & dryer in the apartment, the laundry rooms are accessible 24 hours/day, as we all have keys to them.
Being able to have my dog is the 1st reason I came to Carriage Run. The size of the apartments, the rent,my neighbors & Staff are the reasons I have stayed all these years.
