I have been here almost a year, and have been happy. All my maintenance concerns have been responded to quickly. Yes, the bathrooms and kitchens are outdated, but the kitchen is bigger than in most apartments. I did an extensive search before moving here, and found that other apartments were either extremely expensive or in bad neighborhoods. You can't ask for it all. For what you pay, you get a clean apartment, nice neighborhood, and lots of room. For those who have been hear multiple years and don't like it-- why haven't you moved out then'!'!! My neighbors are nicer than in my previous complex and I rarely hear sounds from other apartments (I'm on the second floor).
