Carriage Run is far from maintained good. The places are falling apart, the wondows leak and are drafty, there is mold growing every place and its unhealthy for humans and pets. The owner or manager don't care. They cover the mold up very good until after you live here a few months and it comes thru. If you go to see an apartment that is already lived in check all around bathroom and all windows for black mold. Ask if you can see the crawlspace and smell the mold for yourself or maybe check out the storage rooms that have black mold growing all over the ceilings. These places need an overhaul or maybe the state should see the health conditions of these places. When the town comes in to inspect before a new renter moves in, the place has already been painted so mold is covered. Many renters and pets are sick from mold and feel sooo much better once they have moved out. Years back the turn around of tenants were no where near what it is now, people now see the conditions, the cost of electricity and only stay a year and then move out of here

If the conditions were so bad, why did this poster stay for 5 years. I have never had a problem with "mold", the staff, neighbors, etc. Yes, the apartments are old, but they are well maintained.
