This place sucks. The insulation is non-existant. Heat and hot water is included, but you must pay for AC and electricity. There is zero insulation here, resulting in over a $100 electric bill for AC for all the fine hot summer months. No surprise that my electric bill would be so high due to poor insulation because....I CAN HEAR MY NEIGHBOR COUGH!!!!!!!!! AND I CAN HEAR THEIR TELEPHONE RING! That is how paper thin the walls are.

The hot water in the shower barely lasts for 10 minutes. No joke. It is impossible to shower, shampoo and shave in an entire shower because the water goes from barely hot to freezing cold. I have complained and gotten nowhere. Apparantly a 10 minute shower should suffice per maintenance.

And the drains' They don't work. I have gone through more Draino than the local KMart can supply. I take showers in 3 inches of water. The drain in the bathroom sink never works either. I have to wait an hour for all the water to make it's way down the 1890's drain. The drain in the kitchen is another sad story too. Try washing a pot after cooking and the sink water doesn't go down the drain. Oh, but it will eventually. By the time you wake up in the morning the water will have gone down the drain.
"It will eventually" is the phrase often used by management regarding the drains here. "give it time." Excuse me, but the importance of a drain is for water to go down it immediately!
Too much aggravation to deal with. Your money would be better spent elsewhere...

I hate hearing my next door neighbors so much, Ive broken personal items of mine in rage. What I do is try to screwover the screwover. Go out and buy a bunch of $10 fans made by HONEYWELL and put them all around the apt and have them running all the time, and also if your TV has a headphone jack on it go get an extention cord and a pair of $2 heaphones nd watch tv while drwoning out the screwover neighbors noises. Im so #^$%^#%ing angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
