Change the Management

Change the management, and the rest will take care of itself. The location is great, and the overall design is nice. But the manager Mary Gonsalves has a confrontationist attitude whenever some help is required, and this percolates to the rest of the staff as well. They are terrible, with accents barely understandable. The maintenance is terrible.
