It's not bad

I lived in the apartment for 3 years and had no real issues. The location is convenient with everything close by, like stores and highways. Maintenance is not too great but I didn't have any problems that required their service. The neighborhood is not the safest but no real complaints.
Pros:
* Pretty quiet neighborhood with swimming pool (need a membership every summer) and tennis court (which no one used)
* Parking was never a problem with Blacony and lots of trees.
* Front and rear entrance (shared with the people downstairs or upstairs.
* Great hardwood floors that shine and spaceous.
* Great for college students since it's a mile away from Rutgers.
* Central air, loved it.
Cons:
* Thin walls, you can hear the people next door and downstairs.
* I had a bee problem which I reported and was never fixed.
* The laundry facility was not well kept.
* The power goes out from time to time.
* Maintenance was not too reliable when I needed them.
