Very pricy apartments. Rent is 1015 for one bed room. Recently they raised the rents. I have been staying here for more than a year now. The only reason I am leaving here is its near to my work place. I agree with all -ve reviewss here. My electric bill last month was 130$. Average bill over the year is near to 100$. Maintenance is worst. The management (and the manager Mary) are very rude. In the begining I did have parking problems. 3-4 times I was about to call toe truck as somebody else parked on my assigned spot.
Also I beleive the place is not a safe place to stay as I have seen police cars in the complex atleast 4-5 occasions when I was coming back from office.
Would not recommend to anybody...
