Oh where to start...

-My roomie and I moved out in August of '06. Our Electric bill for July (kept AC on 72-74) was $230!!!!! The insulation is horrible. We lived on the second floor. It was way too hot in the summer, and way too hot in the winter. So, if you're a lizard, or like the heat, maybe that's a good thing.
-Maintenance was horrible, we would call them SEVERAL times and no one would respond.
-I would rather have a root canal than deal with Oxford Reality again. Even though we sent in our rent check, and THEY CASHED IT, they insisted we never sent it to them, and assessed late fees. It didn't just happen once. 8 months in a row!!!!!!
