I do not know why people are leaving bad reviews. You must have lived in hollywood or something. Listen, the apartments are huge with glistening wooded floors. My energy bill this summer was not that bad. People who calim their electricity bill was too high must have had the doors open with the AC on. If you leave it on auto its fine. Maintence is great! You call, they come and fix whatever you mentioned to them without a problem. In addition, they just redid the laundry facilities and you no longer need quarters just a card. Lastly, the only utilities you have to pay for is the electrity (40), cable (14), and high speed internet (30). This is truly a great place to be in.
