I've lived here for over 1 year and would definitely recommend it. I took a month to look at ALL the apts in the area (New Brunswick and Somerset) and for a 2 bedroom this is by far the best price for what you get. You get a HUGE apt, really nice wood floors, allowed to have a cat, central air, heat and cooking are natural gas and are INCLUDED in the rent, 1 assigned parking spot and some guest spots, laundry on site, a balcony on the 2nd floor and 1.5 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom. There's maintenance on site and they're really great. They actually replaced my air conditioner bc it wasn't working last summer and I had a new one in 3 days. I have never had a bug or rodent problem.

There are a couple of downsides, but keep in mind - this is an apartment! No apartment is perfect. The downsides are poor insulation in the windows (although with my central air running I never had an electric bill above $150 - and remember, you don't pay for heat in the winter....), sometimes the laundry room is full - they need more washers and dryers. Sometimes the parking lot gets full when another resident has guests. You can hear your neighbors. I'm lucky that I have good neighbors who aren't rowdy. But like I said, this is an apt with people living in close proximity.

Overall, not a luxury apt, but really a nice place to leave for a reasonable rent. (Also rent controlled so no surprise increases!)
