I actually really enjoyed living here. My roommates and I are parting ways and I want to move closer to work, else I'd still be living here.

The rooms are all very spacious and accommodating. I have never had any complaints about overcrowding. We have, like other tenants, had problems with drains and gone through a lot of Draino, but nothing serious. I never really needed to call maintenance for anything.

Parking was a bit of an issue, as our next door neighbors (who apparently owned 5 cars), kept parking in our assigned spot. After several arguments we got them to stop and all is well. That said, I have never in 2 years had to find parking in another lot when I've come home at night, even at 3AM. It's just nice to be able to park in front of your door.

All said, I'd recommend it to anyone, and while it wasn't overly glamorous, I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to.
