Great location (but you will pay a bit more for it).

Overall very nice apartments in a great location (just outside of New Brunswick NJ and easy access to I-287).
Traffic has become an issue over the years as the area grows, and the apartment buildings (initially constructed starting in the late 60s) have some old fixtures & technologies that may need to be fixed or replaced (sometimes more than once).
A diverse (though not necessarily friendly) community with attractive grounds, I would recommend the apartments, but they are a bit pricey compared to those even just a mile away.
