Bad management ordinary quality high price

When you pay $950 for 1 bedroom apartment, you expect a decent living and courteous management staff. I am afraid u would be disappointed. Atleast I was.
Management staff is high headed when you request them something. They will only hand u the keys at 4 p.m. etc etc. No flexibility.
My apt, especially patio was not clean when I took the possesion. One maintenance fellow just barged in the other day. no knocking on the door, no ringing bell. The keys for laundry room didnt work. The answer given by management was "It happens all the time".
The kitchen sink doesn't have crusher. Water doesn't flow down quickly. Walls and ceilings are not sound proof. You got to pay for the swimming pool.
On the positive side you have a good ambience and kmart, stop n shop etc are nearby.
