Maintenance doesn't always let you know when they need to do something in your apt. I came home from a funeral one evening to find grease, oil, & soot all over my floor & stairs. My livingroom furniture was moved all out of place...I found a small note saying that they were changing out my furnace/central air unit and would complete the work tomorrow....Well I called the super(left a msg since all you ever get is a machine) I told him how messy the place was and that they'd better clean up the next day. Well, they completed the work, but never cleaned up.
