Well, I have lived in Harrison Towers (decent), and also in Easton North (extreme ghetto!), and am now here at Franklin Greens. I have never been so happy with an apartment before! Everything is really a wonderful experience. Parking is NEVER a problem. The soundproofing is wonderful as well. I cannot hear my neighbors on either side of me. Sometimes at night (b/c college kids live above me and dont' sleep when normal people sleep), I can hear them walking around. The drain in the sink doesn't seem to work too great, but that's the only major complaint. There is plenty of storage space. I have 2 large closets in the bedroom, and also large deep storage closet in the foyer. I do wish there was a dishwasher, but you know you can't be too picky. The people here mind their own business, and the caliber of people is great. There are alot of families, alot of young single professionals, some minorities...it's a good mix. The landscaping is fantastic. During the summer months, the lawn and shrubbery is frequently manicured. It is a very pleasant and inviting environment. The apartments have been well maintained and upgrades are awesome too. For $945 a month, this is the nicest place in town. I highly reccommend this apartment, especially as this is my 3rd apartment to rent in Franklin Township, and I couldn't be happier.
