Well so far I haven't had any major problems with F.Greens. The only thing that I don't like is the parking. Also, being that this is my actual first place since I moved out, I didn't think about certain things that you actual should have in a place. Like carpet on the floor, a washer and dryer within your place, dishwasher, and thicker walls. I think that ever apartment, condo, any place that isn't a single unit should have sound proof walls because if you are have a conversation and it gets a little loud your neighbor is going to hear everything. As far as the management goes, I haven't had to deal with them since I moved in (like 5 months ago) so, so far, so good. Oh, and the person talking about the bugs, I just pray that they don't come into my apartment in the summer. Plus I am on the second floor so hopefully that is better. :) Well happy apartment hunting.
