Pros:
Large Open floor plans
Large Kitchen
Heat & Hot Water Included
Hard Wood Floors
Freshly painted
Good Heat

Cons:
Windows are drafty
Patchy Grass
AC doesn't keep the house cool, can't add your own unit
Can't use Direct TV
You hear everything outside clearly
