The apartments themselves are gorgeous. Tons of closet space, and the rooms are a great size. The hardwood floors are beautiful, and I really feel safe in the environment.

However, the walls are paper-thin. The office staff leaves much to be desired. parking is sometimes an issue, and my neighbors are obnoxious. You can hear entire conversations coming from joining apartment, and also coming from the outside. Cleaning up after a snow storm is a huge issue, it takes people slipping and sliding in order for the grounds to be shoveled and salted.

I couldn't agree more!!! The managment at Segal & Segal is rude and staff at Franklin Greens should be replaced.
