Large rooms, lots of closets, great management, bad neighbors

I have lived in a 1 BR with den for about a year now. The apartment is huge, the management is great and the location is fantastic. Never had any problems with bugs or parking. But I have 4 teens living BELOW me and they have made my life miserable. Cannot sleep at night with the noise they make. Have complained to the management several times and they do send out warnings or letters but the teens below stay quiet for about a week befopre starting the circus again.
If you are lucky to get good neighbors, this is a wonderful place to live.
