I live in a two bedroom with hardwood floors. It is clean, no bugs, good
heating. bought a window air conditioner for cooling. The staff is hard
working and courteous. The rent is a good value. some noise from upstairs
neighbors but not a problem. Ample parking, because this is off the main
streets and a more suburban area, just five minutes from Rutgers New Brunswick
and new brunswick downtown. 10 minutes from route 1, turnpike, route 18,
and 15 minutes from route 287. centrally located. clean. I saw a lot of
apartments in New Brunswick. They either sucked or were too expensive. This
one is just right.
