Honest Opinion From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   If you like getting your water shut off sometimes without any type of notice or only the day before this is the place for you. It's true for the price you get a large space. That's about the only good thing about this place. Water shut downs are frequent especially during the winter as I have talked to other tenants about this and experienced it myself, sometimes without any forewarning, which sucks if you have to wake up for work or class and realize your gonna have to smell the rest of the day. Maintenance sucks. I had to call 5 times, literally, to get my AC fixed. Parking sucks, unless you're designated a good spot which most likely you're not. Elevator shut downs occur, and many times only two are running cos one is reserved for moving in/out. Laundry is overpriced. The walls are thin, I can hear my neighbors conversate in a medium tone. Barbara the manager seems nice, but seriously how nice can you be if you havent fixed these problems for YEARS. Im happy as hell to get out of here.
