Worst place to live ever

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The worst place to live ever. They shut water at least 10 times a year. The apliances are 30-40 years old. Nothing works properly. If you want to wash your closes, forget it, the washer machines, and dryers are not working all the time. Maintenance can't fix anything. Living here is a nightmare.
