my girl and i have lived here for approximately eight months. the maintenance crew is helpful we never had to call them six times, only once. however there was this one time when there was a leak and they trashed our bathroom. that was unpleasant. other than that if you people that complain about the water had some time management skills, you would be able to work around the water shutoffs. we never really hear anyone except for the people who practice their instruments thrice a week. all the people are friendly and barbara is great. also our kitchen is a renovated one with new appliances and everything works fine. those that want to choose to live here should have an easy time.
