BEWARE roach infested nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I lived in Harrison Towers for three years while a student at Rutgers University. By the end of my stay, I was DISGUSTED with the unsanitary conditions of this apartment building. Here are the problems: ROACHES everywhere (kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and refuse room), malfunctioning elevators, shutting water down without notice, problems with heat & ac window unit, and located on a highly congested highway. I could not wait to get out of that place. I wouldn't live here even if the rent was free!
