Then this is the place for you. I have lived in Harrison Towers for a year, and for the first 6 months it was bliss. We even recommended the place to some friends, and they got an apt there as well. Then things got ugly. Winter came, and I had to run the water for 2o minutes every morning in hopes of luke warm water. Not to mention the water is routinely shut down, a lot of the times without proper notice. The hallways smell like someone died. And if you have to get up to your apartment in a hurry, you better kiss that idea goodbye. I waited 30 minutes for an elevator one day, because the only other working elevator was being used for moving by one of the building's staff members. There is a huge amount of favoritism for the staff. They throw big and loud private parties at the pool. They can, because the fee for the pool is soooo astronomical that NO ONE GOES. The staff (especially a husband and wife that work there-they know who they are) monopolize everything to their advantage, and walk around and tell on anyone that isn't sapposed to have a pet. BEWARE! They like to sue animal lovers because their fat cranky kid can't handle a dog looking at him. Don't even get me started on that rude fatty. They need to teach that boy some manners. It is a wonder he has friends.

ALSO-you could die in your room and no one would know it. If you call maintenance, sit back and relax..cause it is going to be a while. People have gone summers here without working air conditioners.

OH YES!!! THE BEST PART OF IT ALL! A few months ago 8 (residents) had their cars broken into. They all woke the next morning to a significant amount of damage. Some had their complete radio systems stolen! Thousands of dollars worth of equipment! And one of Harrison Towers biggest selling points (THANKS FOR NUTHIN' BARBARA!!!), was the wonderful security system. Some lazy ass person sits in a booth and sometimes looks up long enough to buzz someone in...of course they will give residents that actually live there a hard time. But any yahoo off the street immediately gets buzzed in, so it shouldn't be any surprise that they don't pay attention when someone goes ahead and breaks into 8 cars!!! People are still trying to submit claims to the NY head office for some sort of concession, but hell will freeze over (or at least our pipes) before that happens. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

evrything that the initial reviewer said is true. As you can see from Harrison's response, they are worthless and completely too busy saearching the internet while everyone's needs are ignored. Talk about nepotism!!! I got stcuk in the elevator once for about an hour (stuck in between floors). The building manager had to trick the elevator in to working again he never called the elevator company to fix it and it happened to another group of people the very next day. This is a terrible place to live. The view is great and the people are too but the staff and the headquarters in New York suck.

oooohh, you are typing all in caps! You are angry! Must be the truth after all! It is a GREAT place to live if you are related to any of the staff members!! For example, if your daughter is the lifeguard and lets all kinds of slimy boys in the pool area so they can grope her! That was fun to watch. Oh yes, go back to school and learn about grammar. And PRAY your car isn't the next one to get broken into, that is if you can even afford a car. Oh yes, and finally..I have no need or desire to attend your white trash bbq's. Stop hogging all of the grills!!!
