Not that horrible, but not the best by far

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I never had any horrible experience like the others that have posted their reviews. But, I can't say it was the best either.
MINUSES:
- It is true that it takes a LONG time for the maintenance staff to respond to anything you want them to fix.
- The elevators take FOREVER to come
- The visitor's parking is a MILE away
- There were cockroach problems in the building, though I've never come across any in my apartment myself
- Making a left out of the complex is impossible
PLUSES:
- HUGE space for any apartment you get
- Close to Rutgers and downtown NB
- Rent isn't bad, in comparison to the other complexes around
I've never had a problem with the staff and my apartment. I think it all depends on which apartment you have. Some are good and bad, though I guess I was lucky enough to not get the bad ones...
