ORGANIZE, MOBILIZE, AGAINST HARRISON TOWERS!

To: The Tenants of Harrison Towers

Fellow tenants, as you know Harrison Associates has refused to recognize the needs of those that live in this building. This roach infested building is falling apart, and management does not give a damn. While they turn this building into a ghetto tenement, they continue to enrich themselves at the tenant??s expense.

We must ORGANIZE AND MOBILIZE against this shameless landlord. The most efficient way to do that is to withhold your rent. In addition, we will be attempting to form an association, to which we are currently in the process of getting legal advice. Stay tuned! But in the meantime:

??Rent is due on the first of the month; DO NOT pay your rent.
??Be sure you put the money in a safe place so that you have it when needed.
??Management cannot evict you for several months. When you get your overdue notice, inform management that you have purposely withheld your rent due to -- ??breach of contract,?? and tell them what you mean. Let them know about the roaches, the broken and unsafe elevators, the filthy conditions, the plumbing, etc., and the basic mistreatment and disrespect building management gives to the tenants every single day! It??s an INSULT to every rent paying tenant in this building!
??This tool will only be effective if it is done by large numbers of tenants, the key to success is TENANT ??SOLIDARITY.??

Building management??s appalling neglect must not be allowed to go on. If we do not take a stand, they will continue to sit back and watch our ??quality of life?? be destroyed??laughing all the way to the bank.
