How to Challenge a ??Dysfunctional?? Landlord
Let??s Fight Back!
As you all know, external and internal building management has IGNORED the needs of the rent paying tenants. Harrison Towers is overwhelmed with dozens of problems, most of which will not be fixed by those in power. This does not even include the elevator that has been broken for 4 months, the roaches, filth, and worse! The only way to fight this group is to ORGANIZE AND MOBILZE! Here is the first tool to do that. TAKE TO THE PHONE AND MAIL AND FIGHT BACK!
Building Manger: Mike Jensen- 732-246-7878 (When the front desk answers demand Mr. Jensen??s extension). Note: Nothing will get done by calling this man. He will ??yes?? you and do nothing.
Charles Melman- 718-459-9021 (ask the operator to connect you to Charles Melman) Mid State Management, 97-77 Queen Boulevard, Rego Park, New York (Demand to speak with Charles Melman; they will defer the call). These people care little about your problems. Be prepared for Melman to try to ??pass the buck.?? Keep in mind--these people WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU! But call anyway!
Remember, building management DOES NOT CARE about the concerns of those that live in this building, therefore you may find it necessary to contact outside agencies. DO NOT HESITATE TO DO SO! Let??s flood the Township with phone calls!!! The township WILL react.
