I've read most of the reviews and find it hard to believe that I live in the same building as these folks. I mostly enjoy living at Harrison Towers. I've lived there for 3 years now. Since I've been there I've seen three roaches. All three when I first moved in. (I bombed the place immediately.) Most of my neighbors are all kind and considerated. I don't seem to have any of the college students on my floor (hope it stays that way, I've seem them in action). Although there is someone who puts there trash in the recycle can instead of down the garbage shoot. My floor is kept clean and in spite of the sometimes smell from trash being left in the recycle can, the recycle can is emptied often. I think it may depend on who is assigned to maintain your floor (there is always a lazy worker amongst the group). I keep my apartment very clean and my views from the balcony are beautiful. Although I wish we could do something about the windows that seem to be dirty on the inside of the double panes. My air conditioner was on the fritz and needed to be replaced three times but each time, the complaint was handled immediately. The biggest problem for me are the elevators. A couple of months ago there was a incident where one of the elevators was out for six months and that caused a big waiting problem for the tenants. Since then, the elevators haven't been up to par (they all need to be replaced). I've never had to deal with Mike Jensen (thank God). I've only heard from some of the neighbor that he's not a good person to deal with. Mostly, my experience living at Harrison Towers has been pleasant.
