Roaches, Unqualifed and Lazy Maintenance People From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have only live here a short time; what a mistake I made, the place is awlful, when something is broke, you have to beg to get the work done. If you pay them cash, they will come and do the work faster. I pay the forman a few times, but lately, that don't even work. I can't wait to get out of this crap trap.
