I'm sitting hear reading all these reviews and I can't believe any of it.
How can an intelligent person stay in a filthy, decrepid, awful apartment that is completely rundown and then ----- about it on the Internet instead of actually taking action' This to me is incompetence at its finest.
I see the porters working every day BUSTING THEIR ASS because of the slobs who live in this apartment building. The hallways usually smell like the food people are cooking. Harrison Towers has a very diverse population of tennants. DEAL WITH IT -------S. If you don't like the smell of foreign food buy a ------- house or rent somewhere else.
Roaches...clean your goddamned apartments AND KEEP THEM CLEAN. However this will only work if you ALL do it. I've seen what the apartments look like when you sick bastards move out and I cringe at having to do so.
The elevators are horrendous. They is one I know of that is completely unsafe and one that is currently not working leaving the Service Elevator the lesser of 3 evils...and thats not saying much. However the BUILDING can't do anything because its owned by a CORPORATION that is in a financial dispute with the ELEVATOR company. STOP BLAMING THE BUILDING. You are all so ignorant it makes me sick.
But hey, why shouldn't a crew of half a dozen be able to service ALL the requests right away of a building that has over 300 apartments and over 600 tenants'

Either you work for the building or you are friends with Felix Figaroa. In any case, you have a great deal of resentment aimed at your fellow tenants, whom you refer to as ???slobs and bastards.???

have to say - to anyone reading this post that I'm responding to... this is a prime example of the attitude that is flowing through the building. In my opinion this was most likely posted by a staff member (and not one of the porters who are always smiling and extremely helpful doing their poorly delegated jobs) - and let me tell you how heart-warming it is to know that we live in a building that the staff management is unable to keep up with and yet the time is given to ever so angrily rebut remarks made on public informational websites - talk about defensive... sad. Get to work and stop gossiping about tenants and the building - we can hear you. On another note -- people I see that dwell in Harrison Towers a generally happy - besides the elevators and water issues. Roaches - I've never seen one in my apt. It would be fantastic to actually receive letters from the building regarding renovations to hallways/balconies/etc... It???s unnerving to see men hanging from the building when you wake up in the AM... Treat your tenants the way you would like to be treated - we're all just trying to live... there's enough war in the world, I don't need one in my home |
