Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Plowing and de-icing is a thing of the past. In the little weather we had this year too - shame.
Seems that replacing hallway wallpaper (which was in OK condition) was more important then broken down elevators, dated bathrooms, dark kitchens, and horribly running AC/Heat units. AND the hallways are STILL a mess and unfinished... been months - yes I know there are 20 floors...la la laa.. Come on, let's just get it together!
Agreed that these issues may stem from corporate and the staff suffers the brunt of complaints - but tenants don't see corporate and if our complaints aren't forwarded on then they will just continue. We pay to live there not solve the problems the staff has with management. If issues aren't addressed turnover in tenants will always remain an issue (new wallpaper won't fix that)... I have lived there for 3 years, longer then anticipated... and would stay - but I'm tired of the negative vibes.
I apologize to all the hard working staff and to the staff that would rather complain then take action; nothing will get easier and don't look to tenants to make your difference. Thank you.
