I had a lot of good and bad experiences while I lived at Harrison last year. I loved the view that we had from our balconey and how spacious the floorplans were. We never really had that huge of a problem with appliances, just a weak dishwasher. The major problems were the roaches and maintenance. We kept a clean apartment, but from the day that we moved in we had problems. I even found then in the walk-in closet in the living room, there was no food or dirt in there, so there should have been no reason for them to be there. The biggest problem that I had was that the screen popped out of our dining room window, we were on teh 16th floor and dropped down to the back parking lot. I informed maintenance and they let me know that they had retrieved the screen and would be up within the week to reinstall it. That was October 2005. After a month I started weekly calls to maintenance asking them to simply give me the screen and I would pop it back in. The weekly calls turned into daily calls and finally in April 2006 the screen was put back in. If I called for a clogged drain they would come immediately, which they did, but since a screen was not on top of their to-do list it took months. Also the air-conditioning stopped working throughout the summer and was "replaced" but never fixed.
